Fellowship, Nominations and Information about the East Bay Park System!!!
This is luncheon is our time for fellowship, discussing nominations for next year’s Board of Directors, and our opportunity to learn about the East Bat Park System’s activities and great adventures in our own backyard!
To begin, come to the Texas Roadhouse to dine with your fellow Lions and talk story, learn about “what’s new” in another Lion’s Life, and enjoy the company of others who make our Club a valued service organization for our community.
Next, we are looking for a few good Lions to join the Club’s Board of Directors. We have nominations for all of positions, but we would like more. If you thought you would like to be on the Board, but were uncertain of the time commitment or the duties, contact one of our current Board members or me! Working for our Club on our Board is a rewarding experience!
Finally, we have a great presenter. Director Dennis Waespi from the EBParks will be joining us for lunch to talk about the wonder events, and fun in the East Bay!
I look forward to seeing you then, and remember, if you have not voted on the By-Law and Constitution changes, please be certain to bring your ballot. Of course, I will have some available for you too….
